Our consultants are professionally trained according to international standards. They attend conferences, exhibitions, and familiarization (FAM) trips abroad to obtain up to date information on admissions, scholarships, and the accommodation of each and every partner school.

Representatives from our partner schools frequently visit Vietnam to directly consult with students and parents via StudyLink’s various exhibitions, conferences, scholarship interviews, college admission counselling workshops and the “Study Abroad Corner” programme on the HTV9 channel. Students and parents can also participate in the programme seminars to gain the most up-to-date information about their partner school.

StudyLink is authorized to gain access to the latest English placement tests, examine candidates’ levels based on their performance, and estimate the time needed to take additional ESL courses at their future school. Students can register an English placement test at any time and receive an official test result at StudyLink.

StudyLink can advise local high schools and colleges on processing the necessary paperwork including academic confirmation, transcript, course syllabus, etc.

We also operate an online application system which accelerates the enrolment process. Enrolment is free of charge to many students.

StudyLink has direct contact with our partner schools, ensuring a speedy application process as well as support for students in various circumstances. This might include: transferring from an Associate to a Bachelor’s degree, credit exemptions, scholarship applications, refunds, family invitations and course changes, to more urgent situations such as: last-minute accommodation, declined applications, poor academic results, etc.

We also offer clients special low-cost programs to provide experiences abroad and gain confidence in new environments. These include the Australian Cultural Exchange at Le Hong Phong Gifted School and Tran Dai Nghia Gifted School, Australia and Canada Summer Camps, and the USA Cultural Exchange J1.
