Student accommodation options for International Students studying in Australia | Group of friends

Established in 1991, Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School (BMHMS) has assisted hundreds of graduates in launching successful management careers. Hospitality is one of the world's fastest expanding sectors.

General Introduction

In Australia and Asia Pacific, the institution is known as the best for hotel management training (according to the TNS 2017 survey). Since January 2016, the BMIHMS has become a part of Torrens University in Australia. The academy's reputation among students, the hotel management sector, and the community will all gain from this move. BMIHMS of Torrens University is a part of the Laureate Foreign University System, which connects to over 80 institutions across the world, making it an excellent alternative for international students looking to study in Australia.

The unique teaching technique is based on a replicated Swiss hotel management training model, which allows students to learn and practice in a closed hotel setting, with a paid internship term of up to one year leading to career prospects. The school's student output is also highly valued.

Strengths and achievements

According to statistics, 95% of Blue Mountains students graduate and obtain a job immediately away, and 72% achieve management level within three years after graduation. According to the most recent TNS survey, more than 71 percent of leading international hotel groups such as Marriott, Intercontinental Hotel Group, Accor, Hilton, and others rated Blue Mountains as the best Hotel Management School in Asia, with 40 percent claiming they employ the most students from the Blue Mountains out of all other Hospitality Management schools in Australia.
