Griffith College
Griffith College is delighted to be one of Australia's leading pre-university teaching institutions, with direct transfer to Griffith University, Australia's number two university.
General introduction
Griffith College (GC) is located in Queensland, Australia. Students will spend their first year here studying a range of subjects before continuing on to Griffith University for their second year of a Bachelor's degree. Students with a GC degree can enroll in one of 60 undergraduate programs at Griffith University, with accelerated learning options ranging from 8 to 12 months.

Strengths and achievements
For more than two decades, GC has been a partner of Griffith University, assisting hundreds of graduates in making successful transitions to the next level of higher education. New students will join an international community of over 18,000 students from Australia and across the world. At all levels, the school promotes a thriving network of foreign students with a varied and welcoming atmosphere. Furthermore, the GC route program provides great preparation for university transfer in Australia.
Campuses and Facilities
With an average of 280 days of sunshine each year, Queensland is known as the "Sunshine State," with more than 7,000 kilometers of coastline, tropical islands, mountainous tropical rainforest, and more than 200 national parks to explore. The GC is an excellent base for exploring this fascinating environment, and Queensland's towns and cities are among the most livable in the world.
In Australia, GC has two campuses. The Gold Coast is famed for its white sand beaches and surfing culture, and Griffith University's Southport campus is located there. The Mt Gravatt campus is in Brisbane, Queensland's capital, which is also one of Australia's fastest-growing and most diversified cities. Restaurants, bars, outdoor entertainment, and a thriving arts and culture atmosphere are all part of each city's vibrant lifestyle. They are roughly 70 kilometers apart and can be reached in less than an hour by driving.
Programs and Courses
Griffith College offers students a variety of study options, most of which are one-year programs that lead directly to sophomore year at Griffith University.
The Foundation Program is designed to enable students to earn degrees in the arts, business, commerce, design, engineering, health, hospitality management, IT and science. The program, which can be completed in two semesters, focuses primarily on academic communication skills along with computer skills and cross-cultural studies.
The certificates have the same credit score structure as a first-year degree at Griffith University, about 80 credits per academic year, depending on the program. That is, most Griffith College students can go straight to sophomore year at Griffith University.
This two-year program will help students transfer into the third year of Griffith University's Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of International Tourism and Hospitality Management or Bachelor of Business.
Those who have not met the sophomore year requirement will take one credit year to earn this associate's degree and successfully transition to higher education at Griffith University.
- Master's Foundation Program (MQP)
This program aims to equip students with the knowledge, values and skills necessary to successfully complete postgraduate studies in Australia. Completing all four courses in the MQP allows students to transfer into Griffith University's master's program.
