The United States is a federal constitutional republic consisting of 50 states and 1 federal district. The United States is Washington D.C - located in the middle of North America. The capital of The United States lies next to the Pacific Ocean into the West and the Atlantic Ocean into the East, at the North of America there is Canada and from America to the South there is Mexico.
